For business users consumable orders only with order value up to £350,
after 2 initial transactions we can invoice customers offering a credit
account, 14 Day nett standard or up to 30 Day nett at our discretion.For
web orders, we will contact you should problems arise with your credit
card and web orders. We will either phone or e-mail you only, if goods
are unavailable ex-stock via vendors'/suppliers' warehouse within 5
working days next day couriers (mainland only), to customers direct. Our Credit Card Order form uses 128 bit SSL, the strongest commercially available level of encryption. All your private data will be encrypted, at all times, whilst in transit over the internet. You will see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place, once you process your order on the Check Out page. DO NOT e-mail your credit card details at all times. Please ring us for such information or leave us a message to ring back. Our experienced Sales team can process your order over the phone. |
| Stock Availability and Couriers | Due
to our competitive pricing policy, limited standard stock and special
pricing stock are available ex-stock at our office premises. Most products
are despatched via vendors'/suppliers' warehouse next day couriers
(mainland UK), to customers direct.Special courier AM (Pre-10 or Pre-1)
delivery, Saturday or Overseas delivery arrangements can be offered
at extra costs available upon request, subject to vendor's/suppliers'
couriers charges. For printers next day couriers (mainland UK), as a guide only:From £12.50 & £15 + VAT. A3+ palette printers from £40 + VAT.For consumables up to 30 Kg couriers (mainland UK), as a guide only:Next day from £12.50 + VAT & 3-4 days from £10.50 + VAT.For projectors or other products next day couriers (mainland UK), as a guide only: From £15 + VAT. Large size plasma screens from £30 + VAT.All couriers charges are subject to agreement, prior to goods delivery. |
